Distilled in Aberfeldy in the Highland region, this single malt was distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2016. It is delightful as an aperitif and without water it has subtle Sherry influences with aromas of toasted malt, orange and lemon peel. Tasting hints of orange, red apple, grapefruit and a creamy milk chocolate edge with each sip. With water, the aroma is toasted malt with strawberry cream and white chocolate. The sweet tangy taste is enhanced with green apple, lime and raspberry flavours.
