Bimber Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks Batch No.2 (52.2% 70cl)

The second Ex-Bourbon cask release from London's up-and-coming Bimber distillery, made from a vatting of casks which were married in a hand-made oak vat, then bottled at 52.2% ABV. As ever with Bimber's whiskies, they display an incredibly impressive character due to the low and slow, 7-day fermentation in open-top wooden washbacks. We are a big fan of their craft, and we look forward to receiving further releases from them as their whisky matures.
