For this limited edition release, The Lakes Distillery's own single malt, along with carefully selected Scotch whiskies, have been blended and finished in Manzanilla sherry casks for a bright and lively dram.
Nose: Plum jam, boiled sweets, aromatic woodsmoke and a touch of salinity.
Palate: Lightly stewed apples, candied ginger with a hint of lemon zest.
