Lindores Casks of Lindores ll Bourbon Cask (70cl, 49.4%ABV)

The ever popular 'Casks of Lindores' series returns! The first release within the second instalment of this excellent series is this delightful single malt whisky, matured in ex-bourbon casks with this expression containing older whisky than the first release. Lovely notes of ripe banana, pears and vanilla on the nose, with a touch of peppery spice. Another superb release from Lindores Abbey Distillery, 

Nose: Vanilla, Buttercream, Sweet pears, Ripe banana and subtle citrus notes.

Palate: Green apples, Banana, Lemon and oaky wood notes.

Finish: Medium finish with notes of caramel and spices.
