Matured in 100% 1st. fill bourbon barrels. Non chill filtered, natural colour. The casks used are 9 months older than the 2nd. crop. This whisky really highlights the floral aromatics associated with distilling in winter.
Nose: Almonds, rose petals, and a hint of white pepper.
Palate: A vibrant burst of apple blossom, accompanied by crisp pear and a touch of white pepper.
