The Elements Series from Tel Aviv's Milk & Honey Distillery is a range of single malt whiskies exploring the variety of flavours that different types of casks can impart. This particular expression was drawn from a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, resulting in a whisky brimming with spiced fruit and chocolate notes. Winner of the best Single Malt in the world in 2023.
Nose: Red fruits, sweet malt, and marshmallows.
Palate: Dark chocolate, dried fruits, tobacco, and gentle oak spice.
Finish: Cinnamon, cedar, and dark chocolate mousse.
