Doorly's XO Rum (70cl, 43%ABV)

Doorly's XO is a blend of rums aged for at least six years in ex-bourbon casks, followed by a second maturation period in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. This finishing process imparts rich, complex flavours without the addition of any sweeteners or flavourings.
