This is a light Speyside malt which has an aroma of sweet vanilla, lime cordial and toasted malt notes which are combined with hints of ginger and beeswax when enjoyed without water. The initial sweet and creamy taste is followed by white pepper. The apricot and ginger flavours are complemented by hints of lime while charred oak develops on the finish. When enjoyed with water, the aroma of sweet pear crumble, ripe banana and gooseberry is delicious. The peppery taste is followed by red apple, banana and grapefruit.
