This is a very interesting bottle from Bruichladdich to celebrate the 2021 Fèis Ìle festival and celebrates the 20th anniversary of the distillery’s resurrection, bringing together 13 different casks from 12 different vintages. Matured in nine different cask types, with bourbon, Pedro Ximénez sherry, Cognac, Sauternes, Chenin Blanc, and Pauillac red wine. A fantastic dram and definitely worth trying.
Nose: Brown sugar, Porridge, tinned peaches, Kiwi and notes of eucalyptus.
Palate: Cloves, Beeswax, Tinned pineapple and golden syrup.
