This single malt whisky aged in ex-IPA casks, this Filey Bay Finish explores the possibilities of the unique position as farmers, brewers and distillers. Alongside World Top Brewery, our sister company, this light and fruity single malt was finished in ex-IPA casks, creating something completely unusual, distinctive and absolutely delicious.
Nose: Cooked apple, malty biscuits, tropical fruits and coastal notes.
Palate: Pear drops, warm aromatic spice, foam banana sweets, Roasted almonds and buttery sourdough, Lemon cake, and Grapefruit and macadamia.
Finish: Lemon thyme, fresh cream, and warm cereals.
