Inspired by a 200-year-old recipe, our distillers have created a truly unique Old Tom. Signature vanilla takes a tasty diversion into earthy, well-rounded macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, and sarsaparilla root. Sweet and mellow on the palate with the subtle presence of tonka beans and meadowsweet flowers alongside traditional gin botanicals.
