Macallan Harmony Collection Fine Cacao is a special-edition Speyside single malt whisky produced at the Macallan Distillery in Craigellachie, Scotland. Part of a new Global Travel set of annual releases The Harmony Collection Fine Cacao is a continuation of Macallan`s long-standing partnership with the Roca brothers of the renowned three-star Michelin restaurant El Celler de Can Roca. The whisky was inspired by whisky maker Polly Logan’s visit to Jordi Roca’s famed chocolate factory, Casa Cacao, in Girona and offers the perfect marriage between Macallan`s classic Sherry oak-matured single malt and the finest cacao.
