Macallan Speymalt 2003 Gordon & Macphail (70cl, 43%ABV)

A 19yo Macallan matured in a single first-fill Sherry cask with an outturn of only 313 bottles. With incredibly intense dark fruit and rich spice notes, which drink really well neat but do benefit from just the merest drop of water.
