Springbank Local Barley 11 Year Old (70cl, 53.1%ABV)

The Springbank 11 Year Old (Local Barley) 2017 bottling was distilled in February 2006 and bottled in February 2017. It's a single malt whisky made from barley grown on the Kintyre Peninsula, specifically from Low Machrimore Farm, a few miles from the distillery. This limited release, numbering only 9,000 bottles, is known for its local terroir and artisanal production. The whisky is matured in bourbon barrels, showcasing its natural complexity with fresh, malty flavors and a distinct coastal character.
